Key specs explained for this set

Table Dimensions: 63-78.7 x 35.4 x 29.5 inches

This range shows the table length extends from 63 inches to 78.7 inches. You can start with a compact footprint for daily meals and pull out the leaf for larger gatherings. The 35.4-inch width and 29.5-inch height are standard dining proportions. This flexibility helps you maximize space in smaller rooms while still accommodating guests when needed.

Number of Pieces: 5

The set includes one table and four matching chairs. This configuration is designed for a family of four or a small household. It provides a complete dining solution without requiring you to purchase chairs separately. This count is ideal for standard dinettes or small kitchen nooks where space is limited but functionality is essential.

Chair Material: solid wood, velvet

The chair frames are made of solid wood, which provides structural stability and durability. The upholstery is velvet, offering a soft texture and a modern aesthetic. This combination balances longevity with comfort. When shopping, compare this to metal or plastic frames for weight and to fabric types for maintenance needs and visual style.

Weight Capacity per Chair: 250 pounds

Each chair supports up to 250 pounds. This limit ensures safety and stability for most adult users. It indicates the solid wood frame is robust enough for regular daily use. When comparing dining sets, check this spec to ensure the chairs can comfortably support your household members without risk of damage or instability.

Table Material: MDF

The tabletop is constructed from medium-density fiberboard (MDF). This material offers a smooth, uniform surface that is resistant to warping compared to solid wood. It provides a durable base for the rustic brown finish. When evaluating tables, consider MDF for its stability and cost-effectiveness, though it may require different care than natural wood surfaces.

Design and build overview

According to the listing, this set uses a rustic farmhouse style with clean lines. The tabletop is made of MDF wood. This material offers a smooth surface that resists spills and scratches during daily use. The legs are sturdy and support the MDF top well. You get a stable base for meals without wobbling.

The four chairs feature solid wood frames and legs. They are upholstered in velvet with a tufted high backrest. The cushion is high density, which provides firm support. Each chair holds up to 250 pounds. The design includes decorative rivets around the cushion and back. This adds a noble look to the seating area. The green tufting contrasts with the rustic brown wood.

The set weighs 150 pounds total. This weight helps keep the table stable when extended. The layout includes one table and four chairs. The table extends from 63 to 78.7 inches. This allows you to seat four people normally or eight guests when expanded. The width is 35.4 inches and the height is 29.5 inches. These dimensions fit standard dining spaces. The color option is rustic brown with black or green accents. This finish blends easily into various kitchen or dining room decors.

Setup and daily use guide

This set ships in several separate packages. You must wait for all boxes to arrive before beginning assembly. The listing includes clear instructions and all necessary hardware for the process. This multi-package delivery is standard for large furniture items to prevent damage during transit. You should plan your workspace to accommodate the table and four chairs safely.

Once assembled, the table offers a rectangular surface measuring 63 to 78.7 inches in length. The width is 35.4 inches, and the height is 29.5 inches. You can adjust the length to fit your room. When closed, the footprint is smaller and suits four people. When extended, it accommodates up to eight guests. This adjustability helps you manage space in smaller apartments or larger dining areas.

The chairs feature solid wood frames and legs. The cushions and backrests are upholstered in velvet. The backrests are tufted with decorative rivets. Each chair supports up to 250 pounds. The high-density cushions provide seating comfort. The MDF wood tabletop is durable against spills and scratches. You can maintain the surface with standard cleaning methods. The rustic brown finish blends with various home decors. This set is designed for everyday dining room use.

Before you buy this set

This set fits well in kitchens or small dining rooms. The rectangular shape works best in open layouts. Check your space carefully. The table extends from 63 to 78.7 inches. You need clearance for the leaf to slide out fully. The chairs are 35.4 inches wide. Ensure you have room for them to tuck in. The velvet upholstery looks nice but needs care. Vacuum regularly to remove dust. Blot spills immediately to prevent stains. The MDF top is durable but avoid harsh chemicals. Use coasters to protect the finish. This rustic brown style suits farmhouse or modern homes. It is one of 1 options we reviewed. Compare it with other sets based on your room size. If you host often, the extension is useful. If space is tight, keep it closed. The 250-pound chair capacity is standard. Verify your floor can support the weight. This set is a practical choice for everyday use.

Check before you buy

• Measure your dining area for the extended 78.7-inch length.
• Check if your floor can hold the 150-pound weight.
• Confirm you have space for chairs to tuck in.
• Plan for regular vacuuming of the velvet upholstery.
