Looking Beyond the Lexicon 7-Piece Dining Set? 6 Alternatives Worth a Look

How these sets compare to Lexicon

East West FAIR7 Counter Height Square Set

The East West FAIR7 Counter Height Square Set differs significantly with its 36-inch height, which is taller than the Lexicon’s 30.5-inch standard. It features a square 54-inch table rather than a rectangular 60-inch one. This set includes an extendable butterfly leaf, allowing you to expand the surface area when hosting guests. The chairs are counter height, matching the taller table. It uses wood and faux leather materials, offering a different texture than the Lexicon’s all-wood finish. You should choose this if you need flexible seating for a compact kitchen or breakfast nook. The square shape and extendable leaf provide versatility that the fixed rectangular Lexicon table cannot match.

Ashley Blondon 60-inch 7-Piece Dining Set

The Ashley Blondon 60-inch set maintains the same 60-inch length as the Lexicon but weighs 163 pounds, just one pound heavier. It features a black color scheme with contrasting legs, offering a modern look compared to the Lexicon’s cherry and white farmhouse style. The table height is 30.1 inches, slightly lower than the Lexicon’s 30.5 inches. Both sets are made of wood and seat six people. The Ashley set delivers a single-box solution, similar to the Lexicon’s efficient packing. You might prefer this option if you want a rectangular table but desire a black accent piece. It provides a sturdy, contemporary alternative for dining rooms that need to accommodate six people with a sleeker aesthetic.

VECELO 7-Piece Natural White Dining Set

The VECELO 7-Piece Natural White Dining Set is much lighter at 85 pounds, compared to the Lexicon’s 162 pounds. It shares the same 59-inch length and 29.5-inch height, making it nearly identical in footprint. The table width is 27.5 inches, which is narrower than the Lexicon’s 36-inch width. Both sets are made of wood and seat six people. The VECELO option offers a natural white finish, differing from the Lexicon’s two-tone cherry and white look. You should pick this set if you prioritize weight capacity and space efficiency over premium materials. It is a compact solution for small households that need a sturdy table without the bulk of heavier wood constructions. The narrower table may limit place setting space compared to the wider Lexicon.

AMERLIFE 60" Solid Wood Farmhouse Set

The AMERLIFE 60-inch Solid Wood Farmhouse Set weighs 151 pounds, slightly lighter than the Lexicon’s 162 pounds. It matches the Lexicon’s 60-inch length and 36-inch width, providing a similar dining surface area. The table height is 30 inches, just half an inch lower than the Lexicon. Both sets are made of wood and feature a farmhouse style. The AMERLIFE set uses a rustic cream finish, offering a warmer tone than the Lexicon’s cherry and white. It includes solid wood construction, which may offer greater durability than the Lexicon’s mix of solid and engineered wood. You should choose this if you want a durable, space-efficient table for six in a rustic style. The tucked-away chairs make it ideal for smaller dining areas.

Pamapic 47" Round Walnut Dining Set

The Pamapic 47-inch Round Walnut Dining Set features a round table shape, differing from the Lexicon’s rectangular design. The table diameter is 47 inches, which is smaller than the Lexicon’s 60-inch length. It weighs 96.6 pounds, significantly lighter than the Lexicon’s 162 pounds. The set combines wood and metal materials, offering robust durability for heavy-use households. The metal frame provides easy maintenance compared to the wood surfaces of the Lexicon. It seats six people, matching the Lexicon’s capacity. You should pick this if you need metal durability and a round table shape. The round design promotes conversation and fits well in smaller spaces. The walnut finish offers a distinct look compared to the Lexicon’s two-tone cherry and white aesthetic.

Brelice 47" Round Farmhouse Dining Set

The Brelice 47-inch Round Farmhouse Dining Set features a round table with a 47-inch diameter, smaller than the Lexicon’s 60-inch rectangular table. It weighs 88.2 pounds, much lighter than the Lexicon’s 162 pounds. The set is designed for four to six people, but the unique loveseat layout may not seat six comfortably. The table height is 30.5 inches, matching the Lexicon’s height. It uses wood materials and a grey color, differing from the Lexicon’s cherry and white. You should skip this if you need to seat six people reliably. It fits small apartments with its compact round shape. The loveseat layout offers a different seating dynamic, but it sacrifices the straightforward six-chair arrangement of the Lexicon. Choose this for small spaces where a round table is preferred.
