The Merax 6-Piece Farmhouse Wood Dining Table Set offers ample seating for six to eight people with a 72-inch rectangular table and upholstered chairs. If you are searching for merax 6 piece farmhouse wood dining table alternatives, you may need a different layout, size, or material composition. This set features solid rubberwood construction and a linen-upholstered bench, but its large footprint and specific aesthetic may not suit every home. Some buyers prefer smaller tables for tighter spaces or counter-height options for kitchen islands. Others might want more weight capacity or a different number of pieces.
We selected these alternatives because their specifications overlap with the original Merax set. Each option shares key traits like farmhouse style, wood materials, and grey finishes. You can compare table dimensions, seating capacity, and weight limits to find the best fit. The list includes compact round sets, space-saving rectangular models, and counter-height versions. These choices cover a range of needs while maintaining the durable, rustic appeal of the original. Review the specs to see which design aligns with your room dimensions and daily usage patterns.
Our top pick: Merax 72" Farmhouse Dining Set.
How each alternative compares
AMERLIFE 7-Piece Farmhouse Dining Set
The AMERLIFE 7-Piece Farmhouse Dining Set offers a more compact footprint than the Merax, measuring 60 by 36 inches. This smaller rectangular table fits better in tighter rooms while still seating six people. You get six chairs instead of a mix of chairs and a bench, which provides uniform seating. The solid wood legs ensure stability similar to the Merax. If you need six seats but lack the space for a 72-inch table, this set is a practical choice. It sacrifices the bench flexibility for a consistent chair layout and a smaller overall size.
Brelice 47" Round Farmhouse Dining Set
The Brelice 47" Round Farmhouse Dining Set takes a completely different shape with its round table design. Measuring 47 inches in diameter, it occupies less floor space than the Merax’s long rectangle. This layout is ideal for small apartments or breakfast nooks where traffic flow matters. The loveseat-style seating allows for flexible positioning around the curve. While the Merax seats up to eight, the Brelice comfortably fits four to six people. Choose this if you prioritize a cozy, space-saving arrangement over maximum capacity. The round shape encourages conversation and fits well in corners.
Zevemomo 7-Piece Grey Farmhouse Dining Set
The Zevemomo 7-Piece Grey Farmhouse Dining Set distinguishes itself with a higher weight capacity of 330 lbs per chair, compared to the Merax’s 250 lbs. This makes it suitable for heavier daily use or larger families. The table measures 58.5 by 34.5 inches, which is significantly smaller than the Merax’s 72-inch length. You get seven pieces, including six chairs, offering uniform seating. The solid wood construction ensures durability. Pick this set if you need robust support for your chairs and prefer a more compact dining area. It trades the Merax’s expansive table surface for stronger individual chair ratings.
NicBex 6-Piece Grey Farmhouse Set
The NicBex 6-Piece Grey Farmhouse Set mirrors the Merax’s chair-and-bench layout but in a smaller package. The table measures 58.5 by 34.5 inches, making it better for compact dining rooms. It also offers a 330 lb seat capacity, exceeding the Merax’s 250 lbs limit. The rectangular shape maintains the traditional farmhouse aesthetic while saving floor space. You get five chairs and one bench, similar to the Merax configuration. This set is ideal if you want the flexibility of bench seating without the bulk of a 72-inch table. It provides sturdy, space-efficient seating for six people in tighter quarters.
Trygoal 6-Piece Grey Farmhouse Dining Set
The Trygoal 6-Piece Counter Height Dining Set stands out with its counter-height design, offering a different dining experience than the Merax’s standard height. The table measures 58.5 by 34.5 inches, which is smaller than the Merax’s 72-inch length. It includes four chairs and a bench, providing flexible seating options. The 330 lbs capacity per seat ensures durability for regular use. This set is best for those who prefer a higher dining surface or have counter-height spaces. It sacrifices the large table surface of the Merax for a taller, more casual dining style that fits well in modern kitchens.
GIANTEX 45" Grey Farmhouse Dining Set
The GIANTEX 45" Grey Farmhouse Dining Set is designed for smaller households needing only four seats. The table measures 45 by 28 inches, significantly smaller than the Merax’s 72-inch length. This compact size makes it ideal for tight spaces or small apartments. The set includes four armless chairs with curved backs, offering a minimalist look. While it lacks the bench and extra chairs of the Merax, it provides easy storage and a clean aesthetic. Choose this set if you do not need seating for six or more people. It offers a practical, space-saving solution for smaller dining areas.
