You are looking for lumisol 5 piece solid wood dining table set alternatives that match your specific spatial and aesthetic needs. The original LUMISOL set features a solid wood round table with a butterfly leaf that extends to 54 inches, accommodating up to six people. It includes four upholstered chairs with rubber wood legs and a button-tufted backrest. This combination offers durable materials and flexible seating in a compact footprint.
However, you might prefer a different configuration. Some buyers want a fixed table size, a modern style, or a budget-friendly price point. Others may need a larger extended length or a different chair material. The 6 picks in this list were chosen because their specifications overlap with the LUMISOL model. Each alternative shares key traits like round shapes, wood construction, or extendable leaves, ensuring you find a comparable option that fits your dining room layout.
Our top pick: LUMISOL 5-Piece Solid Wood Dining Set.
How These Alternatives Compare
Pvillez 47" Round Dining Table Set
The Pvillez set drops the extendable mechanism for a fixed 47.2-inch round top. This reduces the overall footprint to 119 pounds, making it lighter and easier to place in tight kitchens. You lose the ability to seat six people, as the table remains at four seats. The chairs feature velvet upholstery instead of the LUMISOL fabric and button-tufted design. If you never need extra seating and prefer a compact, non-moving table, this budget-friendly option offers a similar farmhouse look without the complexity of a butterfly leaf.
Yoluckea 43-59" Extendable Round Dining Set
The Yoluckea set offers greater extension range, growing from 43 to 59 inches. This provides more length than the LUMISOL 54-inch limit, accommodating larger gatherings. It shares the round shape and extendable feature but weighs slightly less at 150 pounds. The chairs are upholstered in fabric, similar to the original, but the design lacks the specific button-tufted detailing. You gain up to five extra inches of table length for a marginal weight difference. Choose this if you need maximum expandability in a round format and do not require the specific aesthetic of the LUMISOL chair backs.
HiloPres 47" Round Dining Set
The HiloPres set is a fixed-size round table at 47.2 inches, removing the extendable function entirely. It weighs significantly less at 54 pounds, making it much lighter than the LUMISOL 159-pound set. You give up the ability to expand for guests, settling for a stable four-seat arrangement. The chairs feature ivory velvet upholstery, offering a different texture and color palette. This pick suits you if you prioritize a lightweight, low-maintenance table that stays in one place and do not need the flexibility of a butterfly leaf for occasional large dinners.
MALOL 47-63" Round-to-Oval Dining Set
The MALOL set transforms from a round 47.2-inch table to a 63-inch oval. This provides a different seating dynamic, offering more legroom along the sides when extended. It weighs 108 pounds, lighter than the LUMISOL option. The style is modern rather than farmhouse, with a different aesthetic approach. You gain a unique shape transition and potentially more surface area length, but lose the classic round symmetry. Select this if you prefer an oval dining experience for better conversation flow and want a lighter, modern-looking set that still expands for guests.
Nimaolt 78.7" Extendable Walnut Dining Set
The Nimaolt set extends to 78.7 inches, providing significantly more length than the LUMISOL 54-inch limit. It weighs 150 pounds, comparable to the original. The chairs are upholstered in beige fabric, similar to the LUMISOL dark beige. However, the table top is engineered wood rather than solid wood, which affects durability and weight distribution. You gain substantial extra seating length for large gatherings but sacrifice the solid wood construction. Pick this if you frequently host large groups and need maximum table length, accepting the trade-off in material quality.
Goujxcy 5-Piece Extendable Dining Set
The Goujxcy set also extends to 78.7 inches, matching the Nimaolt in length but differing in design. It weighs 150 pounds. The chairs have solid wood frames with upholstery, offering a sturdy feel. The style is rustic farmhouse, aligning closer to the LUMISOL aesthetic than the modern MALOL. You gain double the extension length compared to the LUMISOL but lose the specific round shape and butterfly leaf mechanism. Choose this if you need extreme length for large dinners and prefer a rustic look with solid wood chair components over the LUMISOL's solid wood table top.
