Who it fits

Key specs explained

Table Shape: round

A round table shape eliminates sharp corners, which reduces the risk of bumping into edges in tight spaces. This layout encourages conversation because everyone faces each other. It fits well in corners or open areas where a rectangular table might feel too bulky. You should compare this shape with rectangular options if you need to seat more people along the long sides.

Table Dimensions: 42"-54"L x 42"W x 30"H

The table expands from 42 to 54 inches in length while maintaining a 42-inch width. This extension allows you to accommodate more guests by pulling out the butterfly leaf. The 30-inch height is standard for dining, ensuring comfortable legroom for most adults. When shopping, check if the extended length fits your room’s clearance needs for chair movement.

Number of Pieces: 5

This set includes one table and four chairs, providing a complete dining solution for small households. It is designed to seat four people comfortably at the base size. If you need to host more guests, the extendable table feature allows you to seat up to six. Compare this piece count with larger sets if you frequently host big family dinners.

Chair Material: rubber wood, fabric

The chairs use rubber wood for the legs, which offers strong durability and resistance to wear. The seats and backs are covered in fabric filled with high-density foam for comfort. This combination balances structural strength with soft seating. When comparing chairs, look for solid wood frames to ensure longevity, as particle board may sag over time with daily use.

Design and Build Quality

The listing describes this set as a farmhouse-style dining solution built from solid wood and rubber wood. The table features a round shape with an extendable butterfly leaf. This design allows the surface to expand from 42 inches to 54 inches in length. You can adjust the size based on the number of diners, making it suitable for four people in its closed state and up to six when fully extended. The X-shaped base is noted for providing stability to the structure.

The chairs are upholstered with fabric and filled with high-density foam. Their legs are made of rubber wood, which the listing claims ensures durability. The backrest style is button-tufted, adding a specific aesthetic detail to the seating. According to the listing, the table weighs 88.2 pounds, while each chair weighs 17.6 pounds. The total weight of the set is listed as 159 pounds. This weight distribution suggests a sturdy build that remains stable during use.

You can choose from several color options, including Natural plus White, Espresso, and Grey. The table height is fixed at 30 inches, and the width remains 42 inches regardless of the extension. The seat dimensions are 17.7 inches wide by 16.5 inches deep. These specifications indicate a standard dining height and comfortable seating area. The design prioritizes classic vintage charm with modern functionality, allowing you to save space when the table is not in use.

Setup and Everyday Use Guide

Before You Buy This Set

This LUMISOL set fits a farmhouse aesthetic, but you must verify your space first. The table expands from 42 to 54 inches. Ensure your room has enough clearance for the leaf to extend fully without blocking walkways. The chairs have a seat height of 37.4 inches. Check that your standard table height of 30 inches pairs comfortably with this chair height for proper legroom. The seats use high-density foam covered in fabric. You should plan for regular vacuuming and spot cleaning to maintain the upholstery. Solid wood surfaces require protection from heat and moisture. Use coasters and trivets to prevent water rings or scorch marks. This set is designed for four people normally, but extends to six. Consider your typical household size. If you often host larger groups, the extension feature is useful. However, if you rarely exceed four guests, a smaller table might save space. This option suits those who value extendable capacity in a compact footprint.

Check before you buy

• Measure your room to ensure the 54-inch length fits comfortably.
• Confirm the 37.4-inch chair height matches your comfort preference.
• Check that your dining area allows space for the butterfly leaf.
• Verify you have time for full assembly before use.
